　　深入欲之夜

　　2001—2005年，常青花了近五年的时间，深入到太原的歌舞厅和娱乐场所，拍摄了大量照片。其中少量的照片曾经在一些展览上出现过，这次宋庄美术馆的《夜艳》，是第一次以整体面貌展示给观众。

　　历代因统治者沉溺于娱乐而亡国的例证数不胜数，而娱乐从特权享乐一旦变成大众消费，娱乐场所就遍及全国，全民大娱乐也就成了时代风景。疯狂的建设几乎把每一个城市变成灰蒙蒙的，入夜时分，欲望又把每一个大城市都变成了拉斯维加斯。

　　常青拍摄的地点是太原，只是这些场景的一瓢一窥，常青拍得十分深入。他以交朋友的方式，深入欲之夜，既拍到大场景群HI的状态，也捕捉到各种细节，从狎妓的男人，到男扮女装的歌者，从陪酒的小姐，到取悦的侏儒，仿佛被拍者毫无面对镜头的感觉，全赖常青与他的被拍摄者融洽的感情联络，整体上看《夜艳》的色情猎奇感觉并不浓重，而突出的是在场的人物——尤其是娱乐从业人员那份取悦观众的几分心酸。

　　Immerse into the Night of Desire

　　From 2001 to 2005, Chang Qing spent about 5 years immersing in the nightclub in Taiyuan photographing pictures. Quite few of them have been exhibited while this time, at“Raffish Night” in Songzhuang, all the photo could be shown to the community.

　　There are a number of examples that the ancient emperor who addicted to amusement subjugate his nation. However, once this amusement turned from the royal privilege to the popular consumption, the resorts have been built all over the country, which becomes the special view in our era. The possessed constructions nearly color every city grey, and the desire makes them Las Vegas when nights come.

　　Chang Qing took these photos in Taiyuan, and he shot every detail in deep level. Heimmersed into the night ofdesire by making friends with them, in his pictures there is not only the daft full viewed but also a lot of details:thewhoremaster, the drag queen singer, the cocktail waitress and the oily dwarf. Because of the intimate relationship between Chang Qing and the people in front of the camera, we almost cannot find the vestige of performing or affectation in their faces. Frankly speaking, the sense of seeking eroticism isn’t essential at all. What the artist emphasized are the people, the entertainers’ bitterness pleasing the audience.
